New Delhi/Jamshedpur, Dec 8: Railway Children India (RCI), in partnership with Delhi Police, organised the “Abhinandan Felicitation Ceremony” at the India Islamic Cultural Centre, Lodhi Road, to recognise exceptional efforts in child protection.
The ceremony was attended by key dignitaries, including Dr. Ridhima Seth, ADCP (SPUWAC), Delhi Police; Harbhajan Singh, Chairperson, Railway Children India; Humra Khalid, District Officer, North East District; Sapna Goyal, District Officer, New Delhi; Manoj Chandra, District Officer, Central District; and Navin Selaraju Sukumar, CEO, Railway Children India. Officials from child protection organisations across the city were also present.

During the programme, 42 Delhi Police officers and staff were honoured with certificates and mementos for their outstanding and compassionate contribution toward rescuing and safeguarding vulnerable children.
The event highlighted the effective coordination between Delhi Police, the Department of Women and Child Development, and Railway Children India. It reaffirmed their shared commitment to ensuring that children in distress receive timely support, care and protection.
The programme was guided and coordinated by Dr. Ridhima Seth, reflecting a strong partnership dedicated to building a safer environment for children.
