Seraikela: The kin of late Gauri Shankar Maharana alias Panu Ustad, Chhau exponent, who passed away recently, are running from pillar to post to get the death certificate of the deceased.
Maharana was a native of Kansari Tola in Seraikela. His kin are seeking the help of administration to get the certificate without delay.
