Seraikela: The deputy development commissioner (DDC) of Seraikela Akansha Ranjan reviewed preparations for the upcoming Vikas Mela cum asset distribution ceremony going to be held at Birsa Munda Stadium on 3rd November. She directed the district officials concerned to make necessary arrangements for the event. She said there will be a total of 20 stalls at the Vikas Mela.
