Jamshedpur: A review meeting of District Level Bankers Coordination Committee was held at the Jamshedpur Collectorate on Tuesday. It was presided over by the Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC), East Singhbhum, B Maheshwari.
Addressing the bankers, the DDC said the cash deposit (CD) ratio of banks should be increased from 40 per cent to 50 per cent. He further said the banks should establish coordination with the agriculture office.
Reviewing the self help groups (SHGs), the DDC said several women�s SHGs had been granted loan, but not disbursed the loan amount yet. A report should be submitted in this connection, the DDC said.
The DDC reviewed various other Central government schemes and asked banks to do their best to ensure their proper implementation.
