DC unfurls tricolour at Red Cross Bhawan

Jamshedpur, Aug. 16: East Singhbhum deputy commissioner cum President of Red Cross Society Amit Kumar unfurled the tricolour at Red Cross Bhawan in Sakchi on August 15.

DC extended best wishes to the office bearers, members and distinguished citizens on the 71st Independence Day of India.

Later, DC handed assistance amount to the fire affected families of Devnagar, Baradwari.

Present on the occasion Sanjay Kumar, special officer, Mango Notified Area Committee (MNAC) administered oath to the citizens to free India from poverty, dirt, corruption, terrorism, casteism, and communalism and create a new India of their dreams while commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Quit India Movement.

Also present were trainee IAS Hamanshu Mohan, Govind Prasad Dodrajaka, Dr. BP Singh, Dr. JS Bedi, Arun Bakrewal, Parul Singh, Vijay Singh and others.
