Seraikela: The deputy commissioner of Balak Madhya Vidyalaya, Seraikela, will be inaugurating Buniyad 2013 on the school premises tomorrow in Seraikela.
This was informed today by the district superintendent of education Ratan Kumar Mahavar. The programme is being run by the Jharkhand Education Project under the Education Guarantee Scheme.
