Chaibasa: West singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Dr. Santanu Kumar Agrahari held a review meeting of health department at DC office on Thursday.
He directed the officials concerned to formulate a micro plan for the success of NID. He asked the authorities of health department to prepare the data of previous yearsí achievements and conduct immunization to ensure its cent percent success. He further directed the medical officer in-charge to ensure the duty of ANM at sub centres.
The DC ordered to deduct a dayís salary of ACMO Dr Shiv Shankar Prasad for remaining absent today. He further said that the publicity and propaganda leaflets and pamphlets should be printed in Hindi as well as Mundari language. ďA NID team should be constituted with Sahiya and Sevika. The supervisor would be ANM and MPW. CDPO along with medical in – charge would monitor at CHC level,Ē said the DC.
Agrahari warned the CKP, Badajmda and Jhinkpani health officials to rectify the progressive application and also asked the civil surgeon to comply with the decision taken in the meeting and appoint MPW at all the centres.
The DC further asked medical in-charges to increase 12 percent in order to complete ANC 95 per cent and increase institutional deliveries. The meeting was attended by CS and all medical officers in charge of West Singhbhum district.
