Saraikela, January 24: District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner Arava Rajkamal Police Super Anand Prakash inspected the final rehearsal parade prior to the main performance on Republic Day. DC Arava Rajkamal and SP Anand Prakash while inspecting the parade at Bhagwan Birsa Munda Stadium in Saraikela appreciated the performances and pepped the spirit of the participating contingents.
The contingents included one from CRPF, four of Jharkhand Police, four from different schools, two of NCC and the KGBV Band from Rajnagar. The marchpast was led by Sergeant Major Xavier Bakhla.
DC Arava Rajkamal while giving advance greetings to the people of the district on the occasion of Republic Day celebrations, encouraged the participating teams, stated, “You are doing excellently (in the Republic Day Parade rehearsal). Make this programme a cent percent success with confidence, enthusiasm and energy of patriotism.”
The DC informed that Jharkhand Minister for Tribal Welfare and Transport, Champai Soren would be present on Republic Day celebrations. He said, “Mostly students of various schools participate in the programs organized at various offices, schools and other establishments. Pay special heed to traffic rules.”

Superintendent of Police Anand Prakash provided guidelines to the police officers regarding the parade.
All necessary arrangements for security and traffic norms for Republic Day are being put in place. Deputation of police personnel and Magistrates at necessary points has been charted out.
The DC and SP said, “Cooperate with the administration to make January 26 a safe, peaceful and joyous Republic Day celebration.” During this campaign SP Purushottam Kumar, District Public Relations Officer Sunil Kumar Singh and other related department officials, personnel were present.
