Seraikela: Seraikela-Kharsawan DC Chhavi Ranjan here on Monday held a review meeting on Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural) and expressed dissatisfaction over the pace of toilet construction work in the district. He ordered departmental action against the junior engineer of Ichagarh Jai Prakash Baraik. He asked the assistant and junior engineers of Chandil, junior engineer of Nimdih and junior engineer of Kuchai to make their respective blocks ODF by December 2017.
The DC said so far 3427 toilets have been constructed in Nimdih. In Ichagarh, 2151 toilets have been constructed while in Kuchai a total of 3583 toilets have been constructed, he said.
