Seraikela: Seraikela-Kharsawan DC Chhavi Ranjan here on Monday held a meeting to review preparations for Jharkhand�s foundation day celebrations scheduled to start on 15th November. He sought updates from various departments on the progress made so far in connection with the celebration plans. He said the preparations should be completed without fail within the deadline. He said there should be no lacking on part of any department in this connection.
