Ranchi: The deputy commissioner of Ranchi Vinay Kumar Choubey today recommended that a letter of appreciation be given to the block development officer of Mandar for spending maximum amount on development works.
He asked the deputy development commissioner to give a letter of appreciation to the BDO.
