Seraikela: The deputy commissioner-cum-returning officer of Seraikela-Kharsawan Hansraj Singh today convened a meeting of expense observer for Khunti Lok Sabha elecftions Khalid Parwez.
He said flying squads had been formed to keep vigil at venues of public meetings, rallies and election campaigns to make sure the Model Code of Conduct is not violated anywhere.
The DC asked the poll duty officers to keep eye on the expenses of candidates.
