Seraikela, Nov. 11: Seraikela deputy commissioner K Srinivasan on Tuesday headed a meeting with SP Inderjeet Mahatha and senior officers of the district in relation to electrification of the rural areas.
On the directions of the state government, the rural areas near the police stations will have to be electrified.
The decision was taken to establish a good relation between the police and villagers which in turn would help in development of the villages.
