DC directs speedy resolution of public grievances

Jamshedpur: Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum district Karn Satyarthi met citizens from various blocks and urban centres and addressed a wide range of public issues during the Public Grievance Redressal Day held at the Collectorate on Friday.

The session saw residents submit applications on matters such as the Bagbera Water Supply Scheme, self-employment assistance, ration card updates, requests for vacating houses, admissions in private schools, provision of tricycles, agricultural loans, grain warehouse facilities, school fee hike complaints, drain construction, animal husbandry benefits, pending salary issues, NOCs, land allotment for ex-servicemen, drinking water supply, land acquisition details, disability pensions, road repairs, and complaints regarding illegal warehouse operations.

The Deputy Commissioner heard each applicant patiently and assured a fair and timely response. He instructed officials from all concerned departments to take prompt action, ensuring that citizens do not face unnecessary delays or repeated visits to government offices. All applications were forwarded with clear directives for speedy resolution.
