DC asks BDO to speed up PM Awas Yojna

Chaibasa, Oct. 11: West singhbhum deputy commissioner on Wednesday reviewed the coordinating committee of rural development and revenue at DC office. While taking the stock of the progress of the physical status of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, DC found the construction work of plinth level is pending maximum in Goelkera, Chakradharpur, Aanadapur, Jhinkpani, Manjhgaon, and Badgaon blocks and asked to do progress proportionately. He also asked to reduce the FTO generate.

DC also asked the BDOs to achieve Griha Parvesh by 15th November, the Jharkhand foundation day. DC also found that a total of 1169 Indira Awas schemes are pending for the year 2011 to 2012 and 2015 to 2016 and asked them to complete immediately. In connection with labor engagement, target is 100 in every panchayat every day. While taking the review of Swachha Bharat mission, DC directed to construct at least 30 toilets every day and same should be made entry in to MIS. After declaration of ODF sleep back should be active within three months.

20 points member should intimate that Mahila Samooh has received money and take cooperation and BDOs should also take cooperation from 20 points members. DC also directed all executive engineers, assistant engineers and junior engineers to do MIS with the list of Indira Awas. State establishment day will be celebrated in district level and Block level.

As many as 100 children must be trained in digital under Pradhan Mantri rural digital literacy mission and examination should also be held and number must be 50 in every panchayat and candidates should be ensured to be certified by first November. All 18 agencies should be called to answer how many applicant of Ujjala Scheme are pending. DC asked the LDM to report how many loan have been sanctioned under Pardhan Mantri Mudra scheme. Present at the meeting were DDC Chandra Mohan Kashyap, ADC Jay Kishore Prasad, SDOs, BDOs and others.
