Jamshedpur, March 11: The Graduation Nite for the outgoing batch of Std XII (2020-22) of DBMS Kadma High School was held on Thursday in the school auditorium.
The programme commenced with the lighting of ceremonial lamp and prayer song followed by the Academic Procession led by the Principal, Gurpreet Bhambra, Vice Principals Suparna Roy and S Shireen, Primary School Co-ordinator, Malini Ashok and Senior School Co-ordinator Benazir Gulshan.
The students carried lamps to give the message of spreading the light of knowledge and dispel darkness and ignorance. The students invoked the blessings of Lord Ganesha by putting up a beautiful dance.
Excelsior, the school e magazine was released on this occasion. Certificates and mementos were given to all the graduating students. Club awards were given to the deserving students from each of the clubs.
All-rounder award was bagged by Shivam Gorai and Sanskriti Agarwal.
Safe Club award went to Kaushik Dutta, Writers’ and Debate Club- Kalp Niwas, Jyoti Club- Kavita Kalta, Health & Wellness Club- Ankita Bhattacharjee, Eco Club-Anusha, Interact Club-Mahak Khirwal, GK Club- Pankhudi, Computer Club-Anjan Kumar, Maths Club-Karuna Prasad, Science Club-Jaydeep Mahato.
The programme was graced by the presence of Bhanumathi Neelkantan, Chairperson, B. Chandrashekhar, Jt. Chairperson, Finance-BOT, Lalitha Chandrashekhar, Jt. Chairperson, Administration – BOT and President – DBMS Kadma High School.
