DAV School bids adieu to class 12 students

Noamundi, March 30: A farewell ceremony for outgoing class XII students of DAV School was held at JRDTTI on Monday, March 30.

The program began with lighting of Diya (Lamp) by the chief guest B.D. Mohanty, Chief (Processing and Logistics) Tata Steel, Noamundi. A welcome song was sung by the choir group followed by a dance performance by senior girls of the school.

Motivational song was sung by Twisha of Class XII while a short welcome speech was delivered by the principal T. K. Mishra.

The Map of India was illuminated by XII students. Rose buds were presented to the outgoing batch by the chief guest and dignitaries.

The chief guest and dignitaries honoured the outgoing students with mementos. Memorable days of the school were shared by the Head boy and the Head girl .

Motivational and inspirational words for the outgoing batch was highlighted by the chief guest. A short dance was performed by the outgoing students.

The programme was ended with a formal vote of thanks by Ankita Pattanaik of Class XII.
