Noamundi, Dec. 16: Tata DAV Public school Noamundi organised a ceremony to felicitate topper students of class 10 and 12 at TTI hall on Thursday.
The chief guest for the function was general Manger of OMQ division, Tata Steel, Pankaj Kumar Satija along with DAV regional director Jamshedpur Zone SK Luthra. They jointly inaugurated the programme.
The principal T K Mishra welcomed the guests and said that the credit of the success of the students goes to parents and teachers and hard work paves way for success.
The Chief guest Satija said, for gaining knowledge one must keep open our eyes and ears and must focus like Mahabharata’s Arjun. He further said, students have enormous potentialities and we must give them a chance to have their own choices.
The students who were felicitated were Twisa, Koushik Pandey, Heena Ali, Chnadrika, Mahkud, Sayisita Khanan , Abhik Mukherjee, Salman Mallik, Farhin Idar, Ishani Bhattachrajee, Sayika Saman and others .
The director said that the aim of life is to lead the humanity along the path of righteousness. We must pledge to spread the fragrance of honesty across the world. On the occasion a welcome song was sung by choir group.
