Noamundi, Sept. 15: Hindi Diwas was celebrated at DAV Public School, Noamundi on September 14. The event was inaugurated by the principal T K Mishra. In his address, the principal said, Hindi is a language of the heart; it is a language of the soul. The great patriots used it as tool to fight the struggle of freedom of India. Hindi is the unifying thread of the nation and we must pledge to play an active role in spreading Hindi.
The celebration will conclude on 3th October, meanwhile Hindi related activities will be conducted in the school. Some of the teachers also expressed their views on Hindi Diwas. Music teacher Rasmi Bhattchara presented a song. On the occasion a large number of students were present.
