Ranchi: Former state Cabinet minister and Congress MLA Chandrashekhar alias Dadai Dubey today joined Trinamool Congress. He was removed from the state Cabinet after falling out with Hemant Soren and accusing the latter of being corrupt.
He had accused the CM of condoning corrupt acts of his ministers and close aides. He met Trinamool chief Mamata Bannerjee in Kolkata and announced his decision to quit Congress. He said he will be contesting the Lok Sabha election from Dhanbad.
He said he was removed from the state Cabinet as a result of a conspiracy.
