Jamshedpur: DBMS Kadma High School organised its Graduation Nite (2025–26) for the outgoing Class XII students on January 16, 2026, at Kalakriti, the school auditorium. The programme marked an important milestone in the academic journey of the graduating students and was attended by teachers, parents, and guests.
Dr Mandar Shah, Head Consultant and HOD, Cardiology at Tata Main Hospital (TMH), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The event began with a prayer song, followed by the academic procession led by Principal Gurpreet Bhambra, Vice Principals Suparna Roy and S. Shireen, Primary School Coordinator Malini Ashok, and Senior School Coordinator Benazir Gulshan. In a symbolic gesture, students carried lamps and placed them beside the Mother Lamp, conveying the message of spreading knowledge and dispelling ignorance.
Senior School Vice Principal Suparna Roy delivered the welcome address. The school magazine Excelsior was released by the Chief Guest, showcasing the creativity, achievements, and collective efforts of students and teachers. Students also presented a graceful dance performance highlighting the values of hard work, courage, and perseverance.
Club Awards were presented to deserving students, while all graduating students received certificates and mementoes. The prestigious All Rounder Award was jointly awarded to D. Manish and Shreya Mohanty. Anupama Gupta, Head of the Science Department, shared her experiences and words of guidance, while School Senate President Md Shahan delivered the valedictory address.
School Chairperson B. Chandrashekhar motivated the students with an inspiring message. Principal Gurpreet Bhambra concluded the programme by wishing the graduates success and encouraging them to excel in their future endeavours.
The program was graced by the presence of Bhanumati Neelkantan (Patron DBMS Board of Trustees), B Chandrashekhar (Chairperson – Finance DBMS Board of Trustees) Lalita Chandrashekhar (Chairperson- Administration – DBMS Board of Trustees and President of the school), Anita Ramkrishna (Secretary), Bhuvna Krishnan (Treasurer), Usha Malini (Jt. Secretary), P S Aruna ( Jt. Treasurer), Suparna Roy and S Shireen (Vice Principals) and teachers. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by S Shireen (Primary School Vice Principal) followed by the School Song and the National Anthem.
