Curtains on XLRI Ensemble-Valhalla, students walk the ramp for women empowerment

Jamshedpur, Nov 3: The final day of the 3-day fest had multiple events and competitions lined up for the students to participate in. The day started with the final rounds of multiple management events.

The flagship events of the fest, Strategikon and Strike or Yield, also declared their winners who not only took home the coveted titles but also an invaluable experience of competing with the best minds of the country.

All the sports events were also concluded. The day started with Women�s cricket finals followed by many sports finals like Volleyball, Badminton and Futsal.


Several events also took place on the cultural front. Ramp It Up, the fashion show had 5 teams with about 75 participants, with various themes like women empowerment and live in the present. The talented singers gave the judges a tough time in deciding the winner.
Spotlight, the Mono Acting competition with over 30 participants was a phenomenal drama event.


Like every year, MasterChef remained one of the most popular events during the fest.

Faculty and students cooked some very delicious dishes and showed off their culinary skills in multiple rounds like guessing the ingredient and dessert making.


The two-day event Future Leaders Program also reached its final stage of workshops and sessions on communication skills and painting and fun games like treasure hunt.

The young leaders enthusiastically participated in all the activities planned and left with a new perspective on career and a sneak peek into MBA life.


Some unconventional events like Once Upon a Time, Create your Own Superhero and The Newsroom proved to be of great interest to the participants and provided a good break from the management events.


As the events wrapped up, the excitement for the highlight of the three days reached its peak. The most awaited concert of Jamshedpur, the one for which all the guests and hosts of Ensemble Valhalla were eagerly waiting for, Nikhil D�Souza and Divine�s concert.

The evening saw youngsters in large number converge at the XLRI Football Ground. Jamshedpur swayed on tracks like Vaaste and proudly said Apna Time Agaya.
