Jamshedpur, Dec. 18: CSSPL Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd, a Bangalore based company, has come out with a very innovative solution to mitigate the problem of joblessness arising out of not enough skills in the students through its Future Sure Academics model.
For this, the company has tied up with premier institutions like Xavier Institute of Tribal Education (XITE), Netaji Subhas University, and it is in talks with several others. In Ranchi and Ramgarh it has tied up with RKDF University and also Radha Govind University also providing this model of education to the students. This model will surely benefit the students as well as Institutions in ensuring that students embed the real science in career making.
The institute’s co-founder cum CEO Manoj Kumar informed that Future Sure Academics program is aimed at improving the career prospects of the students by offering the deep skilling programs to generate Skill Fit/Work Fit Score for every student, Internship through a tech driven model and generate professional competence score called the SP Value (Student to Professional Conversion value) and also job opportunities based on Placement Worthiness Score (PWS Score) through its job portal called Career Aarambh which is in making based on artificial Intelligence that the company is developing that will surely benefit the students of the small towns and cities to connect to large job hubs of the country.
This job portal will also remove the issue of fake resumes that deprives genuine candidates from finding jobs. The Future Sure Academics model (FSA) will go a long way in preparing the students for careers and will be a transformative program that can radically shift the paradigm in creating better human capital.
