CS reviews preparations for Shravani Mela 2017

Ranchi: Reviewing the preparation of Shravani Mela 2017, Chief Secretary Raj Bala Verma said that the preparation for Shravani Mela 2017 should be started.

�The drawbacks should be identified and sorted out so that Deoghar should be made a global tourism center. Facilities for the pilgrims should be increased,� the CS said.

Verma said that Shiv Ganga should be cleaned at the earliest and proper strategies should be made for cleanliness. Stressing at construction of bio-toilets, the CS said that proper drainage systems should also be considered. The state govt. will provide all health facilities.

The CS said that additional ATM and facilities to exchange foreign currency should be arranged. Aadhar, PayTM and Rupay card based transaction should be ensured. A special group will be provided by state govt. as per requirement. She said that LED light and high mast light should be installed as per requirement. The cobwebs of electricity wire should be done in time.

She said that the accident prone zone should be identified by the district administration. She added that the DPR for Rikhia-Manoharpur road should be made without delay.
