Ranchi : Chief Secretary Raj Bala Verma directed all the DDCs to complete all data entry related works of MGNREGA, Indira Aawas and Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana within 7 days.
She said that the first and second installments which have already been given to beneficiaries under PMY scheme should be completed with the third installment.
She said that additional data entry operators should be employed in aawas soft. She was holding a meeting with RDD officers, DDCs and Project officers through video conferencing.
Verma said to prepare block-wise profile of all houses to be constructed under Indira Aawaas and PMY and ensure how many houses have been completed and how many installments have been given to the beneficiaries.
It should be noted that 1.91 lac beneficiaries have been given the second installment. It was reported by the department that 3.39 lac houses were sanctioned out of which 1.38 houses have been completed and 1.58 lac remain incomplete.
The CS said that all raw schemes such as (pond, well and dova) should be closed in one week and the report should be sent to department. The department said that out of 42,796 schemes, 13 thousands have been closed.
She also said to identify blocks and panchayats block-wise / panchayat -wise where matters related with late payment are pending and make the BPO/ PO fully accountable.
At the same time she said that if a BPO/PO doesn�t decrease the ratio of late payment, action should be taken on them.
Principal Secretary, RDD Mr. N.N. Sinha and other officers were present in the meeting.
