Adityapur: Two motor cycle-borne criminals opened fire on one Satyendra Kumar Singh at Adityapur this evening.
Singh, a resident of Sahara Garden City, and HR head of Zust India Company had just left the company premises after duty when two unidentified youths on a two-wheeler accosted him and fired two shots on his back.
Singh was promptly taken to TMH and is stated to be out of danger.
Senior police officers of the district rushed to the spot after the incident and ordered an inquiry into the case.
The accused are still at large.
