Jamshedpur, Sept 2: State urban development minister CP Singh was awarded Bhojpuri Asmita Samman at the World Global Summit 2019 in Dubai for his contribution to the promotion of Bhojpuri, Maithily and Magahi languages. In his absence, the award was received by the general secretary of Bhojpuri Vikas Manch, Pradip Singh who handed over the award to CP Singh today at Circuit House, Bistupur.
Others present on the occasion included Kaushlesh Tiwary, Jagdish Narayan Choubey, Ravindra Nath Choubey, Rajesh Rai and Lal Chand Singh.
