Jamshedpur: The administration will start Covid vaccination of 15-18 age groups from 3 January Monday. For the drive, all necessary preparations are being made by the District Administration, East Singhbhum to ensure that all the eligible beneficiaries are given the Covid vaccine within the stipulated time period while conducting a comprehensive vaccination campaign for the age group of 15-18 years. It is worth mentioning that the District Administration, East Singhbhum has decided to run a campaign for vaccination of the above age group in all the schools and colleges. It was informed by the Senior In-charge Vaccination Cell-cum-SDM Dhalbhum that Sandeep Kumar Meena, along with setting up of permanent vaccination centers in the district for the said vaccination campaign, would also conduct a simultaneous vaccination campaign through mobile vans in some schools. Following is the list of permanent vaccine centers set up in urban areas- Rajendra Vidyalaya, Hill Top School, RVS Academy, Dimna, Seva Sadan, Sonari, XLRI, Vidya Bharti, Chinmaya Vidyalaya, RP, Patel, Jugsalai, Gyandeep High School, Birsanagar Zone 6.
Important information about vaccination for the age group of 15-18 is given below- Online registration of children in the age group of 15-18 years is started on the Co-Win portal from 01 Jan 2022. On-site registration will start from 3rd January 2022. Children born in the year 2007 or earlier will be able to register in co-win (online) or on-site (walk-in) mode. One of the photo IDs for children for registration in addition to other valid prescribed photo ID cards like Aadhar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Ration Card with Photo, Specific Disability ID (UDID Card/Certificate) Student Photo ID Card has also been included. Student ID will preferably be used when other cards are not available. Beneficiaries can self-register through online mode.(subject to an overall limit of 4 registration in an account or in other words through a mobile number)
