Jamshedpur: Members of Mahila Jagruti Manch met the superintendent of police (city) Kartik S on Friday to demand departmental action against Parsudih cop.
They alleged that the police officer in-charge had accepted monetary gratification from local land mafia members and allowed encroachment on a government plot.
The outfit president Alpana Bose said the accused police officer had allowed certain unscrupulous elements to build hut on the government plot where deep boring was done earlier.
