Gamharia: A review meeting of the cooperative department was organized at the block headquarters auditorium in Seraikela-Kharsawan on Wednesday.
It was presided over by the district cooperatie officer A George Kujur.
Kujur directed the officials concerned of the district administration to necessary steps to ensure that the paddy acquisition target is achieved for the current financial year.
He said the farmers were being provided pulse seeds for carrying out alternative farming since many areas had not received good rainfall this year.
