Contract workers protest before Jost India company gate

Jamshedpur, Dec. 2: Contract workers of Jost India company in Gamharia protested before the company gate with their several demands on Friday.

After getting the information about the harassment of the workers in the company, MLA Champai Soren and JMM district president Ranjeet Pradhan reached the company and had a talk with the management of the company and postponed the protest.

At the event several workers said, the bad attitude of the company management since October 23 we were forced to launch the protest. Workers informed that management assured to bring the dismissed workers back to work, giving facility of PF, ESI and making the adivasi and displaced workers as permanent.

For which the management assured to overcome all the issues within a week but its been more than a month the problems have not been solved. At the protest Mohan baskey, Birendra Nath Mahato and others were present.
