Congress to take steps to solve minority issues: Shakeel Akhtar

Jamshedpur, Aug 1: East Singhbhum district congress committee at its Tilak Pustakalay office in Bistupur organized a conference that discussed matters on the state’s minority issue.

Addressing the media, the state’s minority cell president Shakeel Akhtar Ansari threw light upon the developmental plans.

He said that the issue of irregularities in education shall be raised, students should be provided scholarships, more teachers must be recruited, a madarsa council should be formed & implemented as soon as possible & also loans must be arranged for financial purposes.

Ansari further said that Muslims students must be made aware of education and employment must be increased for the minorities in the state.

The district congress president Bijay Khan condemned the murder at Jubilee Park early morning today. He raised voice on the safety issue for the citizens of the city & targeted the govt. to take certain steps in
this regard.

At the press meet Congress leader SRA Rizwi Chabban, Jitendra Singh, Md. Shabbir alias Lal Babu, Amarjeet Nath Mishra and others were present.
