Jamshedpur, Sept 15: Jharkhand state Congress president Dr Rameshwar Oraon Sunday said his party would contest the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections under the banner of the Opposition�s coalition. He said the leader of the coalition would be chosen during the alliance formation. He was speaking to scribes on his arrival in Jamshedpur. He said the party would spread the slogan �Abki bar Raghubar Sarkar tadipar�.
Oraon said party�s former state president Dr Ajoy Kumar would be the star campaigner of the party.
The state president attended a meeting of party workers at Gandhi Maidan in Mango. He also addressed a meeting at Michael John auditorium in Bistupur. He gave tips to party workers on winning the elections.
Oraon was welcomed by party workers in Mango, Sakchi and Bistupur. A large number of party leaders were present during the meetings attended by him.
