Jamshedpur: Rakesh Tiwary was nominated as the chief spokesperson of East Singhbhum District Congress Committee as per the instructions of the state Congress president Sukhdev Bhagat.
Prince Singh has been made the spokesperson of the committee.
This was informed by the district party in-charge Jawaharlal Sinha on Saturday. Many other members have been assigned various responsibilities in the organization.
