Ranchi: State Congress general secretary Dr Shailesh Sinha today termed the Union rail budget as a budget aiming to deceive the people of the country.
He said the Central government had not fulfilled its promises made to the people during Lok Sabha elections of 2014. He said the states like Jharkhand and Bihar were neglected by the Central government in the rail budget.
He said the state had got only one Express and one passenger train. He said the Chakradharpur and Dhanbad rail divisions had been ignored in the budget.
