Jamshedpur: A meeting of members of Jamshedpur block Congress committee was convened on Thursday at Gadiwan Mohulla, Kitadih.
It was presided over by Mohammad Azhar Khan. A large number of villagers were present on the occasion.
Addressing the villagers, Subodh Singh Sardar, committee secretary, said the electricity department should take due care to ensure safety of the people.
He said the possibility of a major mishap occurring due to negligence of the authorities concerned could not be denied.
