Congress leader lodges complaint against RJD supporters 

Ranchi, April 22:  Nand Gopal Tripathy, brother of Congress candidate from Chatra Lok Sabha seat K. N Tripathy, who was injured in the scuffle between Congress and alleged RJD supporters during the Ulgulan Nyay Maharally at Ranchi has lodged a case at Dhurwa thana.

The case has been lodged against Prabhu Dayal Yadav and others.

According to the information, as soon as the Ulgulan rally started, alleged RJD supporters from Chatra started raising slogans in front of the stage demanding change in the candidate from the Lok Sabha seat. The Congress candidate’s brother was also present at the same place where RJD workers were raising slogans against KN Tripathi. They started snatching placards from the sloganeering RJD workers, which further increased the tension and led to clashes between the two groups.
