Jamshedpur: The euphoria of emphatic victories in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh have seen Congress members celebrate the occasion with sweets, crackers and colours.
The district Congress OBC cell president Surendra Sharma led a procession to the Sakchi Shaheed Chowk and distributed sweets to the public. The members applied colours on one another and burst fire crackers to celebrate the victories.
Speaking on the occasion, Sharma said, �The victory in the three states is a trailer for the forthcoming 2019 show. The BJP dream of a Congress free India has been shattered. These are victories over the BJP�s pride where the Congress�s honest concern for the country and its citizens prevailed.�
Among those present during the celebration were Wahid Ansari, Sona, Sunil Pandey, Munnu Mandal, Parvati Sharma, Kamlesh Sharma, Ravi Kumar, Dipak Kumar Gupta, Sushil Pandey, Dharmendra Sonkar, Sujit Prajapati and others.
