Congress activists launch campaign

Chandil: Congress activists took out Sambhav Padyatra, a pre-poll election campaign, in Ichagarh on Friday. They h eld meetings with villagers of Palna, Pathrakun, Chawalibasa and other hamlets.

While addressing a public meeting, the campaign leader Sukumar Gorai said the future of the country lies in the hands of youths and therefore they should take initiative to build the a stronger India.

Praising Congress party he said the party had taken initiative to implement right of voting for youths of 18 years. He said the thinking of Congress party is pure in nature and the rival party can never eliminate the love for Congress from the hearts of the people of the country.
