Cong OBC protests Hathras incident, burns Yogi�s effigy

Jamshedpur: Kolhan OBC Cell in-charge Dharmendra Sonkar today led protesters amidst slogans against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the BJP. The OBC Cell protesters burnt the effigy of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and dubbed his government impotent. Sonkar observed during the demonstration at the Sakchi roundabout on the occasion, �The manner in which a young, Dalit girl was raped and murdered is a shame on humanity. All Indians are decrying the brutal incident and are demanding justice. The impotence of the UP government has come to the fore when Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi have been threatened with dire consequences as they were going to meet the bereaved family. The Congress will not be cowed down by such repressive acts and instead will launch a massive agitation. The last nail will be driven into the BJP coffin� a second war of independence will be fought, this time against the �saffron British� and will again be led by a Gandhi.� The Congress OBC Cell protesters included Surendra Sharma, Nanu Karmakar, Sushil Karmakar, Upal Bhattacharjee, Krishna Mukhi, Amit Dubey, Prakash Bairwa, Prasanjit Pal, Anup Ghosh, Puja Mahali, Anita Murmu and others.
