Cong leaders inform DN Tripathy of prevailing problems

Gamharia, Sept 23: Former central minister and member of the INTUC national executive committee DN Tripathy who was on his way from Jamshedpur to Ranchi was greeted by Congress leaders at Lal Building Chowk in Gamharia. The leaders led by Congress district secretary Raju Rajak appraised Tripathy of the labour problems prevailing in the Tata Long Products plant. Tripathy advised them to try and settle the disputes at the local level through discussions and negotiations with the company�s management failing which the matter would be put before the state Chief Minister for a solution. Among those who welcomed the former central minister at Gamharia were Steel Mazdoor Federation state president Subhash Upadhyay, Ajay Ojha, Swapan Pandey and other Congress leaders.
