Jamshedpur: Bharatiya Janata Party members of Bagbera unit have alleged that the deputy Mukhiya of North Eastern panchayat of Bagbera Santosh Lal had prohibited local villagers from using a local public toilet.
They accused Lal of usurping the government property, a four seater toilet, within the premises of his house in Bajrang Tekri, Bagbera.
Ganesh Vishwakarma, convenor of BJP, led a delegation of party members to the DC office in this regard.
The party members handed over a memorandum to the DC seeking action against Lal for illegally squatting over public property.
They said Lal had permitted his tenants to use the toilet.
