Ranchi, March. 3: Chief Minister Mr. Raghubar Das said that a three member committee will be formed to simply taxation system of Jharkhand and submit their report on the same.
Appealing to the taxpayers to pay their tax honestly, the CM said that everybody should come forward to combat corruption. The CM said it while addressing a delegation of commercial organizations in his office chamber at Project Building.
Laying stress at revenue collection with flow of capital, the CM said that vey soon the small mineral policy will be brought. The CM said it while responding to the grievances of the delegation about getting minerals.
They said that the govt. should start the process of auctioning small minerals in the line of big ones. The problem of input tax credit should be resolved. The businessmen are ready to pay the tax but the process has to be simplified and made transparent.
They said that some items are brought in the state without paying tax to the govt. which ultimately affects the economic activities.

Pandey, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. U.P.Singh, Principal Secretary, Finance Mr. Amit Khare, Principal Secretary to the CM Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Secretary to the CM Mr. Sunil Kr. Burnwal and Secretary, Commercial Tax Mrs. Nidhi Khare were present in this meeting.
