Akhil Bharatiya Purva Sainik Seva Parishad Reorganizes Jharkhand Committee

Ranchi: The Jharkhand state chapter of the Akhil Bharatiya Purva Sainik Seva Parishad (ABPSSP) reorganized its State Management Committee during its general body meeting on Sunday. Held at the State Sainik Welfare Directorate auditorium in Ranchi, the event drew veterans from across Jharkhand’s districts.

Leadership Transition and Elections

National Senior Vice President Air Vice Marshal H.P. Singh (Vir Chakra, VSM) oversaw the formation of the new committee. In a unanimous decision, the assembly elected Colonel Nilambar Jha as the State President.

Outgoing President Colonel Akhouri Ranjan Sinha, who highlighted the organization’s achievements during his tenure, accepted the new responsibility of State Patron.

The newly elected executive team includes:

  • State Patron: Col. Akhouri Ranjan Sinha
  • State President: Col. Nilambar Jha
  • State Vice Presidents: P.O. Varun Kumar and P.O. Rajesh Pandey
  • State General Secretary: P.O. Siddhanath Singh
  • State Secretary: C.P.O. Chunnu Kumar
  • State Organizing Secretaries: Hav. Ravi Ranjan Dubey and Hav. Ranjan Kumar Singh
  • State Treasurer: Hav. Ajay Kumar Vishwakarma

A Call to National Service

Addressing the newly formed committee, Air Vice Marshal H.P. Singh urged the veterans to align their efforts with national, social, and military interests. He emphasized that the strength of the organization lies in unity and encouraged ex-servicemen to play an active role in nation-building.
