CM to inaugurate several projects in city on Nov 6

Jamshedpur: Chief Minister Raghubar Das will inaugurate 30 development projects worth Rs 150 crore in the city on 6th November. The projects are to be undertaken by the Special Division, road construction department, Zila Parishad and drinking water and sanitation department.

They mainly include the construction of an overbridge at Jugsalai railway level crossing, road construction from Govindpur Anna Chowk to Pipla on NH33 and water supply projects in Bhalki and Bangurda.

In view of the CM�s proposed visit, East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar on Saturday visited the site of the railway overbridge project and inspected preparations for the inaugural function. He issued necessary instructions to the officials concerned.

The overbridge will be built jointly by the Indian Railway and the Government of Jharkhand. Its estimated cost is Rs 12 crore.
