Jamshedpur, July 15: Basukinath society has constructed a hospice or dharamshala at the premises of one of the famous shrines of Jharkhand Divya Jyotiling Sri Sri 1008 Baba Basukinathji.
Constructed for the devotees of Jamshedpur Basuki Vatika will be inaugurated on Tuesday, July 21 by the Chief Minister of Jharkhand Raghubar Das. Among the other expected guests is Labour Minister of Jharkhand Raj Paliwar Vishist and Badal Patralekh, MLA from Jarmundi constituency.
On the eve of the inauguration ceremony, Satyanarayan Maurya from Indore will present a grand performance of the Lord Shiva’s Damru Tandav.
The evening has been scheduled to follow the redecoration of Lord Basukinath, enchantment of mantras, offering prayers and jagran in the temple.
Throughout the night special bhajans will be sung by singers dedicating them to the lord. The hospice has a total of 82 rooms out of which 30 rooms are fully air-conditioned, 19 rooms have attached washrooms & the rest 32 are general.
It also has a canteen, a ceremony hall, a retiring hall, 6 kitchens and 6 dining halls.
The group that runs the hospice has the objective of serving the devotees and arrange for their food & shelter at a nominal price.
The trustees of the dharamshala committee are Sagarmal Agarwal, Sitaram Harnathka, Puranmal Goyal, Babulal Ringsia, Giridharilal Saraiwala, Om Prakash Agarwal, Ram Bahadur Singh, Kailash Chandra Agarwal, Nand Kishore Agarwal, Vinay Agarwal, Radheyshyam Agarwal and Suresh Harnathka.
Naresh Harnathka is the treasurer of the committee. Many guests, devotees & distinguished personalities are expected to turn up for the event.
The committee is putting all possible efforts to make the programme a success.
