Ranchi: The Chief Minister Hemant Soren today paid rich tributes to Late Teklal Mahto in the Jharkhand Assembly lobby in Ranchi on Friday, Dec 20. He paid floral tributes to the late leader and spoke volumes about his contribution to the polity of the state.
A large number of officials were also present on the occasion.
