CM invites PM for inaugurating Ganga bridge in Sahebganj

New Delhi: Chief Minster Raghubar Das met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his office chamber in the Parliament on Thursday and requested him to inaugurate the bridge on the Ganga in Sahebganj in January next year. The PM has reportedly given his consent to the invitation.

Das said that the bridge being constructed at a cost of Rs 2000 crore on the Ganga in Sahebganj will connect Sahebganj and Manihari and will pave the way to development in Sahebganj and Santhal Pargana and boost the industries in Bihar and eastern states.

The CM said that after demonetization, Jharkhand has started �Cashless Jharkhand� campaign from 2nd December last to promote cashless transactions in Jharkhand. The PM congratulated the CM for the campaign.
