Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren inaugurated the Ring Road phase 3, 4, 5 and 6 linking the state Capital to four National Highway on Tuesday. The Ring Road was dedicated to the state at a function by the CM.
Urban development minister Suresh Paswan, MP of Ranchi Subodhkant Sahay and principal secretary of road construction department Rajbala Verma were also present during the function.
