Ranchi, Dec. 28: Chief Minister Raghubar Das inaugurated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and PAR system online on Wednesday.
Congratulating the Personnel department officials, he said that the government wants all work to be done online and online leave management module and performance appraisal (PAR) system is a praiseworthy step in this direction.
�The HRMS and PAR systems will speed up the work of government employees and ensure the development of work in their absence. These systems will bring transparency in the work of JAS officers,� said the CM.
Personnel Department Principal Secretary Nidhi Khare said that online leave management module will be implemented in the secretariats and allied offices from 1st January, 2017 onwards.
From 30th December 2016, nodal officers of HRMS of all department, districts and subdivisions will be given training. All departments should implement it from 1st January. The new system will work round the clock. Any information in this regard will be available online and SMS will be sent at every level, she said.
Khare said that PAR system will ease the performance appraisal submission. It will work round the clock. Timeframe recording will be ensured and there will be no chance of record missing. Other departments have been asked to implement it at other levels as well.
State Urban Development Minister C. P. Singh, CS Raj Bala Verma, Additional CS Sudhir Tripathi, Principal Secretary to CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal along with other Principal Secretaries and Secretaries were present on the occasion.
